- Pre-solicitation MEDEVAC Clear Zone The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPMTS), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement is for non-personal services to provide for tree removal, leveling, grubbing, and seeding of a clear zone ground on Simmons Army Airfield. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price type contract for this requirement to a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) entity. This acquisition will be solicited under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238910, "Site Preparation Contractors" with a small business size standard of $15 million. MICC - Fort Bragg anticipates issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) W91247-18-T-CZME on or about 16 March 2018 but no later than 31 March 2018. Please note that these dates are subject to change. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. No paper copies of the RFQ will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract.
