- PR# 0072007801, ISSUE DATE: 22, MAR 2018, CLOSING DATE: 23, APR 2018 This solicitation is intended to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 65 each for stock for NSN: 5820-01-500-7012, Buoy, Radio Transmitting. The item is manufactured IAW Basic Drawing Nr 53711 PS7604834; Revision Nr Dtd 12/12/2002; Part Piece Number: PS7604864. The solicitation is issued as full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(3). Solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside. PRLI 0001, Quantity 65 each. PRLI 0002 (Contractor FAT) Quantity 01 each The contractor must be export control certified. The following terms apply: Production Quantity: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin Contractor FAT: FOB Destination, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Destination 309 Days: Submit Test Report 30 Days: Government Review/Notification 223 Days: Delivery Production Unit 562 Days: Total Delivery Electronic offers are not acceptable.
