- Federal Business Opportunities Synopsis (FedBizOpps) Information Form The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2940-01-361-2407. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term solicitation will be for a three-year base period with and two one-year option periods which will be extended in one year increments, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration not exceed five years. NAIC 336390 applicable with Small Business Size Standard 1,000. Solicitation will be Unrestricted with full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about March 26, 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted in the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation in its solicitation for the described supply or service. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement within 15 days of this notice.
