- Solicitation 12639518Q0077 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this effort is 12639518Q0077. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). SEE ATTACHED. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective January 24, 2018 (iv) This is solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code is 326199 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. (v) Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: See Pricing Schedule (attached). (vi) Description of requirements: The Government contemplates the award of a fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract for polypropylene plastic fencing. See attached. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance at FOB point: Waupon, WI 53963 and Rhinelander, WI 54501 (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, and Addendum apply. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and Addendum apply. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. (xiii) Other contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions: See attached. A COMPLETE QUOTE SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: • Cover page or Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449. Reference the solicitation number and include company name, address, DUNS number and point of contact information. • Pricing Schedule (Page 4). Provide a unit price for each line item specified in the Pricing Schedule. Alternative pricing schedules will not be considered. • Technical Information. Provide a technical description of the items being quoted in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents as necessary. • Acknowledge of any Amendments to the Solicitation (xiv) All questions must be submitted in writing to Lisa Draves lisa.a.draves@aphis.usda.gov. Submit questions no later than three (3) business days prior to the response deadline to ensure adequate time is available to respond and to amend the solicitation if necessary.
