- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 03/23/2018 and respond due date 04/23/2018. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 71274668; Item is solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-0821 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1650-01-542-0178, Armature Assembly, Motor for 29 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (NCSI) as verified on the CSI lists on February 27, 2018. Item is not commercial neither export control applies. Item is critical application. Item in accordance with Part Number-5492D110-1 under approved sources of supply; CAGE 17472, Eaton Corp, CAGE 95270, Skurka Aerospace, CAGE 3SDB5, ECI Defense and Part Number 4951533-1 under approved source of supply; CAGE 55820, United Technologies Corp. Required delivery objective is 210 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Destination. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
