- National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC), Laboratory Request: GSA is seeking sources for potential interested parties with the intent of identifying alternative housing options for an estimated 53,158 ANSI/BOMI Laboratory and office space requirement. Approximately 32,371 ABOA of office and support space Approximately 7,372 ABOA of storage space Approximately 13,415 ABOA of Laboratory and special space The requirement also requires approximately a quarter acre to park trailers and boats. The delineated area is based upon the location of existing National Marine Fisheries Service partners and facilities within the State of Florida.
