- SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT This is an advance notice announcing the intent of the Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract with one (1) base year and one (1) option year to Seneca Contractors for Riley Park 43 Park Attendant Services located in Idaho. This position is considered a "Mom and Pop" contract requiring the contractors to live in a self-contained recreation vehicle at the recreation area throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor is responsible for cleaning all restrooms, the beach area, picnic shelters and the day-use areas. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization.)" The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721211 - RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds.
