- Description
- FFG(X) Bidder's Library / Bidder's Site FFG(X) Program Office, PMS 515, has established a Bidder's Library / Bidder's Site that includes distribution of controlled System Specifications, Government Furnished Information, and other information related to the FFG(X) program. The Bidder's Library / Bidder's Site is open to all US DOD contractors. Obtaining access to the FFG(X) Bidder's Library / Bidder's Site requires an Unclassified Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (uNSERC) account. To obtain access to uNSERC requires a DOD PKI certificate AND the company's static IP address registered with uNSERC to have access through the firewall. Two attachments are included in this notice. Attachment 1 explains how to Request an uNSERC Account. Contract Awardees are limited to five (5) uNSERC accounts. All other contractors will be limited to two (2) uNSERC accounts per company/organization. Attachment 2 is the Unclass Static Firewall Rule Change Request Form. This form is required by each company and is only needed if not previously registered with uNSERC.
