wage determination Piegan SOW Raymond SOW Piegan Piegan wage determination Clauses Piegan Report Raymond Report 1442 Raymond- The General Services Administration, Region 8, is initiating a project to clean all the supporting rooms adjacent to the indoor firing range in Raymond, MT. Work is to include lead dust remediation cleaning of all supporting equipment, HVAC supply and return ducts and diffusers, building finishes, equipment, surfaces throughout the identified spaces. Please reference Pinyon Environmental, Inc. October 15, 2016 Lead Dust Evaluation Raymond LPOE for detailed description of locations and procedures. Piegan- The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 8, is initiating a project to decontaminate areas where lead dust contamination has been identified within the Indoor Firing Range (IFR), firing range building and one area of an adjacent building at the Piegan Land Port of Entry in Babb, MT. Third party clearance testing shall be required and is included in a separate scope of work. The work specified herein is lead dust decontamination which is to be performed by competent persons trained, knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of lead dust decontamination, in lead-safe work practices, and in the handling and disposal of lead contaminated materials. The Contractor performing this work MUST be familiar with all applicable regulations covering this scope of work. This includes all permits, licenses, and certificates required to perform this type of hazardous work and related disposal requirements. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, services and equipment to complete the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. GSA has included recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) and work methods as part of this work scope; however, it is incumbent on the Contractor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) defined Competent Person to make a final determination on the required level of PPE, work methods, and controls necessary to ensure the safety of their employees, including any respiratory protection and exposure and/or air monitoring, to prevent contamination and protect workers. The contractor performing the work must follow all applicable federal, state and local regulations, including but not limited to: OSHA Lead in Construction Regulations 29 CFR 1926.62 OSHA General Industry- Lead 29 CFR 1910.1025 OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response 29 CFR 1910.120 OSHA Respiratory Protection 29 CFR 1910.134 U.S. EPA RCRA Hazardous Waste Regulations 40 CFR Parts 260 through 299 U.S. DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations 49 CFR Parts 171 through 180) Montana Hazardous Waste Act MCA 75-10-401 Montana Hazardous Waste Regulations ARM 17.53 All activities shall be performed by individuals with appropriate levels of OSHA lead awareness and hazard communication training and shall be supervised by the Contractor’s Competent Person on the job site at all times. All work shall comply with codes and standards applicable to each type of work through the course of this project. Contractor shall also comply with the requirements of GSA BuildGreen Standards and the PBS P100. The Contractor is responsible for verification of all field conditions affecting performance of the work as described in this scope in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and State of Montana standards and regulations. Compliance with applicable requirements is solely the responsibility of the Contractor. Deviations from this work plan require prior written approval from GSA.
