- The solicitation W912PQ-18-Q-0016 has been issued as a Request for Quote from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 611430. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran owned small businesses only. The NY National Guard requires contractor support to allow training organizations the maximum opportunity to exercise their personnel under simulated actual conditions. The contractor shall provide Training venues and props be built so individuals will gain valuable experience and expertise working on a simulated "real world" collapsed structure as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance reads as follows: 12 April 2018- 15 April 2018. The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0800-1800 on Thursday through Sunday. Performance shall be at The New England Disaster Training Center, Camp Hartell Windsor Locks, CT 06096. The Service Contract Act wage determination WD 15-4091 (Rev.-6) for Hartford County CT applies and is attached. Quotes are due by 11:00am on 22 MARCH 2018 to Melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil. ALL or None applies. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Compliance with Buy American -DFARS clause 252-225-7001 applies. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
