- DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK REPAIR STARSHIP B6007, Training Barracks Upgrade Program (TBUP), FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA This requirement will be solicited as a design-build, 2-phase unrestricted procurement and the cost magnitude of this construction project is $25 to $100 million dollars with an estimated performance period of 540 calendar days. This project is to repair the failed and failing components of the existing Basic Training Starship Barracks Building Number 6007 at Fort Sill, OK. Work includes but is not limited to repairs to the domestic water, sanitary sewer, gas distribution, HVAC, lighting and electrical systems as well as interior finishes and furnishings. Also included are repairs to administrative areas, sleeping areas, latrines, laundry rooms, and mechanical rooms. Project also includes demolition and conversion of existing internal dining facilities to classrooms. Any mold and lead based paint encountered will be removed.
