How large is the manufacturing facility? How many projects/switchboards can you handle at one time? How large is your staff? Is sheet-steel cutting/forming and painting performed onsite at the primary manufacturing facility, or done by an outside supplier? What are typical manufacturing times for different order sizes?) Technical expertise and quality assurance (How do you manage your projects? Do you have engineering and technician staff familiar with high-voltage power system protection and control design? What CAD programs do you use? What is your quality assurance program? What is the extent of functional and factory acceptance testing that you perform? Is it done in-house? What test equipment do you use?) Any proprietary information should be so marked.
