- Solicitation The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Contractor to provide intoxilyzer support and services for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) located at Fort Bliss, Texas 79916. General Information: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Intoxilyzer maintenance, inspection, court testimony and training services. Procurement is solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Award. The anticipated period of performance is 29 April 2018 to 28 April 2019 with three (3) 12 month option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380-Testing Laboratories with a size standard of $15.0 million. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from solicitation. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR 52.204-99 System for Award Management (SAM) Registration (August 2012) (DEVIATION) Notification of any changes (amendments) to this solicitation will be issued only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the prospective bidder's responsibility to check the website daily for any updates, amendments or any additional information. The Government will not be held responsible for any information a prospective bidder does not receive once the information is issued on the internet. Questions: Questions regarding this Request for Quote should be directed to the Purchasing Agent via email and must be submitted no later than 12 AM Eastern Time on 15 March 2018. Closing Date of RFQ: All responses must be submitted no later than 12:00 AM Eastern time on 22 March 2018. Only quotes submitted via Email to the point of contact will be accepted and evaluated. The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email, and include the Solicitation Number W911SG-18-Q-0007. Files names shall not have special characters or periods (other than to identify the extension, such as.pdf,.doc, etc.) as files may be blocked and deleted by email firewalls.
