- This is a synopsis notice previously posted as a special notice under previous solicitation #W91151-17-R-0107. At this time please do not send a proposal in response to this posting. Further instructions will be forthcoming. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, Texas on behalf of the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) has a requirement to provide non-personal services to support the operational test, mission of the USAOTC to include Joint and Multi-Service tests, and other DOD activities. The Contractor shall be required on an intermittent basis to perform administrative, field test support, data collection, data base management, data entry, technical input for test report preparation in support of combined Developmental and Operational Test support. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561210 Facilities Support Services. The size standard is $38.5 million. The anticipated performance period is a five-year single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated contract type is Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF). The anticipated solicitation issue date for this requirement is estimated for 13 April 2018 with an estimated response date of 14 May 2018 @ 0800 AM Central Time. These dates & times are tentative. All technical exhibits, attachments, and responses to inquiries from industry will be provided at a later date.
