- Request for Quotes Floor Plan Drawings The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for janitorial services (base year/period plus 4 option periods) at the Service Base in Fountain City, Wisconsin (Buffalo County). Services include but are not limited to daily janitorial and cleaning of an office building. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS 561720 (janitorial services) with a small business size standard of $18 million dollars. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future. The Performance Work Statement will be issued with the solicitation. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Quotes will be due approximately 14 days from the date the solicitation is issued, however, the 14 day time frame is an estimate and subject to change. The definitive quote due date and time will be stated in the solicitation and any associated amendments that may be issued. No CD's or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website.
