- Tool Grouping The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price Contract on a Limited-Competitive basis between Snap-on and its Authorized Distributors, for the procurement of various hand tools. Authorized Distributors Must Provide Proof of Being an Authorized Distributor from Snap-On GENERAL INFORMATION : There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
