- Seven (7) Water Well Protective Enclosures Grand Teton National Park; Teton County, WY Amendment-0001 NOTE: Per issuance of this Solicitation Amendment, the hour and date specified for receipt of quotes IS NOT extended. Quotes submitted in response to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 140P1418Q0033 are due by 03/08/2018 at 1300 hours MST. Contractor acknowledgement of this Amendment is required. 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the following changes into Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 140P1418Q0033, Water Well Protective Enclosures, Delivery Included. Changes made herein are within the original intent and scope of the solicitation. a. Section II - Description/Specifications/Statement of Work; Period of Performance: Revise the specified delivery date from 05/21/2018 to 06/15/2018. Period of Performance: All supplies shall be delivered no later than June 15, 2018. (Note: The revised delivery date is predicated on an award being issued no later than 03/14/2018.) FOB destination. Contractor shall include the approximate product delivery date in the submitted quote. b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
