- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Insulation blanket for NSN 1680-01-559-0097-4923; Approved Sources, The Boeing CO DBA 77272 P/N 724E4118-25 and Triumph Airborne Structures 5SW75 P/N 724E4118-25; Estimated Annual Quantity of 25 each; Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) of I EA; the required delivery is 317 days; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 16 APRIL 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
