- IQC1000060124/RA17249012, solicitation number SPE4A7-17-R-0010. This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, 2 NSNs: 1680-01-369-7453 and 1680-01-365-4755, EAD quantity is 80 each for NSN 1680-01-369-7453 for the base year and option years for a Support Pad Crew Seat. EAD quantity is 20 each for NSN 1680-01-365-4755 for the base year and option years for a Crossbar Assembly. Aviation Life Support Items and Critical Application items applies. Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Both NSNs are sole source to IPECO. (CAGE K9075) and are listed as an approved manufacturer to make these items. Both part numbers are in accordance with the OEM (IPECO) (Cage K9075), 1680-01-369-7453, P/N 1A067-0143H, Support Pad Crew Seat, NSN 1680-365-4755, P/N 3A066-0721, Crossbar Assembly, both are Life Support Items.. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Origin, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, This procurement is Unrestricted, Other than Full or Open Competition (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Higher level quality is required. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted.
