Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Getinge USA, Inc. to ensure that the Getinge Maquet Medical Systems Intra-Aortic Balloon pumps at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is covered for preventative maintenance and support for the period of performance. This contract is to provide maintenance of Getinge Maquet Medical Systems Intra-Aortic Balloon pumps located at the Dept. Of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Fl. All equipment shall be returned to proper operating conditions as specified by the manufacturer. Equipment: (2) CS300 Getinge Maquet Medical Systems Intra-Aortic Balloon pumps. Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps ( SN SI173756C0 and SN SI174306D0. The CS 300 Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps are an FDA regulated medical device for which the manufacturer has proprietary rights. The NAICS Code is 811219. This notice is NOT a request for quote, a solicitation of offers, or an invitation for bid. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice; however, this synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
