Description

Question and Answers Question 1: Under Statement of Work Page 6, paragraph A, tests performed on donor blood does not list West Nile Virus or Zika Virus, both are being performed now as well as Chagas Disease. Answer 1: Statement of Work has been updated Question 2: Under Statement of Work Page 7, paragraph E (2) states donor social security numbers shall be maintained.   Answer 2: The social security requirement number has been replaced with a unique identification number. Question 3: At the bottom of page 29, paragraph (e) (1) the clauses under this paragraph on the bottom of page 29, page 30 and page 31 are to flow down or NOT to flow down. Answer 3: The clauses at the bottom of pages 29, 30, and 31 continue to the following page. Question 4:  Of main concern is 52.203-19 in that we have numerous confidentiality agreements in place with our employees, software vendors that we must honor. Answer 4: Clause 52.203-19 should be reviewed against any agreements currently in place, as the clause is required. Question 5: Are the quantities correct/up to date. Answer 5: The quantities are correct.
