- RFQ Attachments - Rathbun Lake 20180301 RFQ W912DQ18R1022 - Rathbun Lake 20180301 VEGETATION AND HERBICIDE MANAGEMENT SERVICES RATHBUN LAKE PROJECT KANSAS CITY DISTRICT U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS This solicitation covers the Vegetation and Herbicide Management Services to be awarded at the Rathbun Lake Project. The attachments include the Official Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Supplemental Bid Schedules, Site Visit Information, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination. Interested vendors are urged to inspect the areas where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
