- Attachment 3 - Wage and Hour Determination Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Attachment 1 - Instructions to Offerors Request for Proposal This solicitation (70US0918R70090005) is for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The reference number is 70US0918R70090005 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238290. The size standard is $15Million. The anticipated period of performance will be a base period of 12 months, with four 12 month option periods. The Government intends to award a single award, hybrid fixed price/time and material contract for elevator maintenance to the offeror which provides the best value to the United States Government. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the offeror nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. SEE ATTACHED INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS FOR SITE VISIT INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS. All proposal documents shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to Danielle Donaldson at Danielle.donaldson@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN March 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM EST Hard copy proposals will not be accepted.
