- Solicitation Roof Drawing Contractor is to include all necessary material, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervisor, and out of pocket expenses required to remove and replace the garage roof at the USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station, Houghton MI as per the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. USDA Forest Service uses the electronic invoice system called Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to register go to: https://www.ipp.gov/vendors/enrollment-vendors.htm Government Estimate is under $25,000 There will be a pre-bid/site visit on March 15th at 10:00 AM (Eastern) at the USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station, Forest Sciences Laboratory, 410 Macinnes Drive, Houghton, MI 49931. It is strongly recommended that all interested contractors attend.
