Description
DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 26 March 2018, for the following item listed below to support the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Vision Goggle. The NAICS code is 333314. The proposed contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), long term procurement. The proposed contract term is one five-year base period and one five-year option period. NSN 5855-01-610-5231 Image Intensifier Tube P/N OFM-2307-A1 Annual Best Estimate Quantity (BEQ) = 260-270. Note: The annual BEQ of 260 or 270 per year is listed for planning purposes only. Actual annual ordered quantities may be more or less that the annual BEQ. The approved manufacturing source of supply is L-3 Technologies, CAGE 0B107. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the NSN or the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Visiion Goggle, and cannot obtain the TDP. Because this acqusition will be using sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. A DD 254 Contract Security Classification Specification is part of this requirement and will be included in the RFP. This RFP will be issued unrestricted. --------------------------------------------------------- This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through FBO. Use of any other system to submit proposals or other required documents will be considered non‐responsive.
