- This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation synopsis for the installation of new carpet on multiple levels in Bldg 3280 The Marsh Center at MCB Quantico, VA. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238330 and the annual size standard is $15M. The proposed contract will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project completion date will be 120 calendar days after contract award.
