Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of HET-210 Twin High efficiency 1.5 Water Softener with Smart Controller to be Installed and setup with plumbing w/schedule 80 PVC. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 333414, Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active SDVOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Brand Name or Equal Procurement of HET-210 Twin High Efficiency Water Softener. Vendors quoting an equal must provide specifications to show the item quoted can meet the needs of the SOW. In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. This RFQ closes on 15 March 2018 at NOON Central Time. Quotes may be submitted via email to paul.filhiol@va.gov. Specifications/Characteristics: The water softener must be brand name or equal. Tanks must be fiberglass to prevent rust through. Tank size is 21 X 62 Brine tank siz is 30 X 50 1400 lb capacity tank Must have vacuum breakers and flow meters Continuous flow rate of 76 gpm Peak flow rate of 102 gpm Delivery. One HET-210 Twin High efficiency 1.5 Water Sofetner with Smart Controller to include Installation. Delivered to Boiler Plant Bldg 3 Delivery is to be made within 30 days after award POC for the delivery is William Johnson Actual date and available delivery hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Space is not an issue Packing slip or invoice is needed to verify delivery Acceptance and inspection will be done by Engineering Boiler Plant employee
