- NOTICE: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notification. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) s Intend to Sole Source to a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern (John Condon Realty) for a NCA requirement of Turf Application Services (North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 Landscaping Services. This is a commercial service contract for Calverton National Cemetery. Calverton National Cemetery has immediate need for complete turf application services (Broadleaf Weed & Crabgrass Control Services). The need also requires the awardee to provide all turf application as outline in the specification and statement of work (SOW) regarding cemetery turf maintenance. All location at Calverton national Cemetery, located in Calverton NY. The agency intends for the work to commence on 03/16/2018. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement) and 12.6 (Streamlined procurement for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items). This is not a request for competitive responses but interested offerors and responsible SDVOSB or Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs/VOSBs) may identify an interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a response to the solicitation. All Solicitation responses must be received by Noon (EST) 03/09/2018 and will be considered by Government. Contractor services are to be performed at: Calverton National Cemetery 210 Princeton Blvd. Calverton, NY 11933-1031 A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by email to Eric.Washington@va.gov The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this notification are in effect and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The estimated average yearly range for this procurement is $150,000.00 to $250,000.00; moreover, the incumbent estimated yearly range is $150,000.00 to 250,000.00 approximately.
