- RFI for IRS-IF-SPSS control #50000106170 THIS IS AN RFI TO COLLECT SURVEYS AND INPUT FROM INDUSTRY ON AN INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) REQUIREMENT for International Forms-Submission, Processing and Storage Support (IF-SPSS). The information being sought is included as an attachment to this notification. The government is anticipating releasing a formal solicitation on GSA Advantage in April 2018.
