Description: This requirement is for one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, that is capable of carrying a minimum of 250,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JP5) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Arabian Gulf Range Port in charterer's option (Intentions Fujairah, UAE) and redelivery is the Arabian Gulf Range Port in charterer's option (Intentions Jebel Ali, UAE). The laydays commence 20 March and cancel 22 March 2018. The period of performance will be about 11 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as "Unrestricted" is based on knowledge of the market and recent spot charter awards. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Representative has concurred with this decision.
