- Appendix 2 HIPAA Technical Questions HIPAA Request for Information Appendix 1 Performance Work Statement The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Office-Falls Church (CO-FC) is issuing this FBO Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Electronic Standards Program Coordination and Analysis Support for the DHA Information Management (IM) Office as further defined in the attached Synopsis Performance Work Statement (PWS).
