The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 80 each up to 280 each maximum of a SHAFT ASSEMBLY, DRIVE SECTION I TAIL CONE, NSN: 1615-01-081-2775, Part Number: 70361-03001-045 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 80 each Year 2: 50 each Year 3: 50 each Year 4: 50 each Year 5: 50 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 80 each, 540 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286, EQUITABLE ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC, Cage Code 11867, and W AND G MACHINE COMPANY, INC., Cage Code 33682, ROTAIR INDUSTRIES. INC. Cage Code 54878. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
