- Site Visit Notes Revised PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487718Q0148 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-1003. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 561621 with a size standard of $15.0 million. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: (QTY. 1 BD) Upgrade Access Control System - Cameras and proximity badge readers Performance requirements are detailed within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) See attached for all applicable contract clauses and provisions (Attachment 2) Wage Determintaion for Pima County (WDOL) (Attachment 3) Davis-Monthan AFB will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets technical acceptability and lowest price. This requirement will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple or no award if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. FOB destination shipping applies. The acquisition schedule is as follows: a. Site Visit: Tuesday, 6 March 2018 at 1:00 PM - Attendees will be met at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Craycroft Visitor's Center at 12:45 PM Arizona Local Time. Please be prepared to provide driver's license and proof of insurance. Be advised, company vehicles are not authorized entry via the Craycroft Gate, attendee vehicles must be unmarked. To attend the site visit, please send the name, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number of the persons attending the site visit to Amy Richardson, amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil no later than 1:00pm Arizona local time 5 March 2018. b. Questions Submitted: Questions will be addressed at the site visit, responses will be posted to the solicitation by close of business Wednesday, 7 March 2018. c. Quotes Due: Thursday, 22 March 2018 by 1:00 PM (Arizona Local Time). It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. NO questions will be considered after close of questions due date Tuesday, 6 March 2018 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time.
