- Solicitation PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Requirement: Furnish and install 44 low profile prevention utility bodies on government furnished 4 X 4 single and dual rear wheel chassis. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336211. The related small business size standard is $1,000 employees Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to tmarino@fs.fed.us No telephone, U.S. mail or fax questions will be accepted. It is recommended that they be submitted no later than 3 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Questions received after that time may not receive a response. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to FBO.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
