- IGF::CL::IGF G:BIOBA,SERVICING & STORAGE FLOATING RESTROOM, SACN Solicitation Number: 140P6018Q0014 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice to the public of the government ¿s intent to sole source the award of a contract to Wolf Marine of Stillwater, MN for the sewage pumping, processing and disposal of floating toilet on the lower St. Croix River of St. Croix NSR. Authority: DOI-NPS MWR MABO is issuing this notice in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: Provide all necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, equipment and facilities necessary to furnish sewer cleanouts, processing, and disposal of four floating restroom facilities located at various river locations south of High Bridge at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Servicing shall include cleaning of the toilets, recharging the chemical, rinsing the holding tank, and pumping. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. The Contractor shall comply with all legal restrictions regarding the transportation and disposal of sewage waste; this includes obtaining any required permits and licenses. Provide all necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, equipment and facilities necessary for placement, removal and on-site storage of four floating restroom facilities. Place of Performance: St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Sole Source/Competitive Acquisition: This will be a non-competitive sole source acquisition set-aside for the small business Wolf Marine of Stillwater, MN. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: All toilets shall be serviced once per week after placement. Servicing shall be scheduled for Monday (or Tuesday, due to bad weather conditions), except on legal holidays when servicing will occur on the following business day after the legal holiday. Service Period for the 2017 summer season: 22May2017 ¿ 16Sep2017, with the final service date during the week of 11-16Sep17 prior to removal and storage activities. Government-Furnished Property/Equipment: Equipment will not be provided by the Government. Expiration of this synopsis/notice: Close of business, 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, January 19, 2016. Release Date of the Solicitation: It is anticipated for Solicitation No. P17PS00327 to be released on or about January 20, 2017.
