- Amendment 0005 The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (NWP) requires the services of a vendor capable of conducting field wire checks of project drawings, producing CAD renderings of those drawings, and providing ancillary Electrical Engineering Services for validation of accuracy of the drawings and control schematics. A multiple-award IDIQ contract with a three year period of performance, and contract capacity of $2,250,000.00 is contemplated. It is anticipated up to three vendors will be chosen. Fair opportunity will then be provided to awardees to compete for subsequent task orders. Additional details are provided in the attached solicitation.
