- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified vendors who can deliver one (EA ) Fuji Medical Dry Imager DRYPIX Lite (Model: DRYPIX 2000) for the Saint Louis, MO. VAMC at 915 N. Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO. 63106-1621. Contractor agrees to provide brand name or equal due to compatible with other existing equipment. SPECIFICATIONS: 1 (EA) MODEL# DRYPIX 2000, DRYPIX LITE WITH 2 FILM DRAWERS THE DRYPIX LITE DRY THERMAL IMAGER, COMPACT, INCLUDES: DRYPIX LITE DRY IMAGER MAIN BODY, 2 FILM TRAYS, FILM FEEDER, CATEGORY 5 NETWORK CABLE (10 FEET), POWER CORD, OPERATION MANUAL AND CD SERVICE MANUAL Delivery Schedule: Equipment shall be delivered to: Department of Veterans Affairs ATTN: BIOMED St Louis VAMC, John Cochran 915 N Grand Blvd, BLDG 1 Saint Louis, MO 63106-1621 POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company Name Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email DUNS number Cage Code Type of business, (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Large Business) 2) Statement of Capability that demonstrates ability of providing the radiopharmaceuticals and past performance with this type of requirement. The Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.
