Page 1 of 1 Page 1 of 1 VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System 1011 Honor Heights Dr. Muskogee, OK 74401 Background In the near future, a solicitation will be posted as the VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK has a need for a Service contract for an Annual Medical Gas Inspection. This will be a Base Year plus four Option Years (should the government decide to exercise the Option Years). Project Scope The purpose of this contract is to engage a Contractor that will provide medical gas inspection and certification services in accordance with NFPA 99, (National Fire Protection Association, code 99 Health Care Facilities Code) current edition (including any future updates) as well as the terms and conditions stated within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor must provide this VA a copy of the inspector s NITC (National Inspection Testing Certification) Medical Gas Verifier 6030 licenses, required for the person/persons performing the Services in this PWS, at the beginning of each contract year.
