- Description
- Wage Determination QASP Statement of Work Solicitation Note, Solicitation, Statement of work, QASP and Wage Determination are considered one package. Network errors made this impossible. The Contractor must be able to provide the barge and LHE as needed for use by the Army Corps of Engineers for repair work at the Black Rock Lock (BRL) Buffalo, NY. The Contractor must provide fleeting arrangements to initially deliver the equipment and to pick up the equipment when finished. All materials, equipment, and parts comprising the rental units herein, must be in good working order, free from all defects or imperfections effecting performance. The contractor must maintain and service the equipment to keep it operational during working hours of the contract.
