- Statement of Work Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of an Jewish Rabbi to carry out Jewish worship services to the inmate population at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan, 1100 Ursuline Ave., Bryan, TX 77805. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110. Faith-based and Community-based Organizations (AUG 2005) can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately March 9, 2018. The contract consists of a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will be made available solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The date for receipt of quotations is March 9, 2018, no late submissions will be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Contractors must submit with their quote a resume and photocopies of documents evidencing education and training.
