Description
Wage Determination WA180044 1/5/18 Statement of Work Dated 9Feb18 GSA Standardized Hi Lo Booth Plans LPOE Design Standard Staging Area Room Data Sheet For High Low Booth Amendment 003 Replace existing commercial primary inspection booth (Lane #2) with a hi-low inspection booth at the Blaine Port of Entry (POE). See Statement of Work attached, for specifics. The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Proposal (RFP) firm fixed price construction contract for the removal of an existing inspection booth and replace with a new hi-low pre-fabricated inspection booth. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work and References for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses (SB) under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractor shall supply all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove an existing inspection booth and replace with a new hi-low inspection booth. This will include design services, demolition, concrete, electrical and communications, HVAC, controls, and installation of Hi-Low Inspection Booth. (See SOW for specifics) All work under this contract will be performed at the US Customer and Border Protection (CBP), Area Port of Blaine, Pacific Highway Port of Entry, Blaine WA. Applicable wage determinations will be posted with Solicitation. A Site Visit will be scheduled and information will be available in the solicitation. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is November 20, 2017. Receipt of proposals is December 21, 2017 and completing contract performance 160 days after notice to proceed. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
