SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SAN FRANCISCO VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (SFVAHCS) LOW DEMAND SAFE HAVEN LOW TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM Description of Services: A Safe Haven is a 24hr/7 days a week community-based early recovery model of supportive housing that serves hard-to-reach and hard-to-engage Veterans with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The program does not demand treatment participation although it is available. The program does expect participants to transition from unsafe environments to permanent housing and re-engage with treatment. Estimated QTY: 19 residential beds per night, 365 nights per year.
