140P8418Q0015 REDW Culverts 140P8418Q0015 Quote Sheet Request for Quote 140P8418Q0015 REDW Plastic Culverts Purchase and Delivery of 18 inch, 24 inch and 30 inch watertight plastic culverts to Redwood National & State Parks, CA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, 1-18-18. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small businesses, NAICS Code 326122 Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing contractors/vendors, with a small business standard of 750 employees. The Government intends to make a firm fixed price, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), best value to the the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, lowest price and technically acceptable. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned businesses. We reserve the right to cancel this Request for Quotes if necessary. Interested quotes must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the quoter is not registered in SAM, they may do so through the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM Statement of work : Provide and deliver double wall plastic, high density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert pipe to Redwood National and State Parks. Culvert must be double wall construction with water tight bell and spigot type connections, 4,600 ft of 18 inch culvert, 600 ft of 24 inch culvert and 60 ft 30 inch culvert. Quote Response Date and Contents: The deadline for receipt of quotes is February 28, 2018 at 3:00 pm PDT.
