This FBO advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 17-CENSUS by way of reference as an RLP attachment. The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Provo State: Utah Delineated Area: Description: City limits of Provo, UT And Portions of Orem and Lindon, UT as follows: Above Lindon, UT Northern Boundary: Starting at Interstate 15 and Pleasant Grove Road travel East to West State Hwy 89, Then south on Hwy 89 to E 200 S Then East on E200S to dead end at S 1500 E Street/Big Baldy Mountain Western Boundary: Starting at Interstate 15 and Pleasant Grove Road traveling south to Provo county line at W 200 S st. Eastern Boundary: E 200 S and S 1500 E St. go south on 1500 E St to W 2000 N Go East on W 2000 N to Skyline Drive, south to E 1600 N St. Take E 1600 N St east to 800 E Take 800 E south to 52 Take 52 East to Provo city border at Hwy 189 Minimum ABOA SF: 6300 Maximum ABOA SF: 6600 Space Type: OFFICE Term:Wave 2: 19 months, 11 months firm Parking:2 Reserved Spaces, On site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Refer to RLP Package 17-CENSUS posted on the AAAP Website (aaap.gsa.gov) Cannot be co-located with local, state, or federal law enforcement Loading dock or acceptable alternative preferred. If there are no available options containing Census' unique requirements as outlined in the RLP and below, the Government reserves the right to identify an acceptable alternative. HOW TO OFFER: The Government is using the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to satisfy the above Census space requirement. The AAAP application, located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, enables interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP Package 17-CENSUS. Offered space must comply with RLP Package 17-CENSUS, posted on https://aaap.gsa.gov, and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the orange "Registration" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides and video tutorials are offered on the AAAP homepage and in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period". The Open Period is the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Offers cannot be submitted during the Closed Period (8th through the end of each month) and will not be considered for projects executed during that time period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. All RLP Package documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov or https://lop.gsa.gov. At the bottom of the homepage, before logging in, select ‘Census' from the drop-down list under the section titled ‘View AAAP Solicitations for Offer Package" then click the ‘View RLPs' button. Once logged in, the RLP Package is available by clicking the ‘RLP & Lease Documents' link at the top of the page and performing a search.
