- Solicitation No. 80AFRC18R0001 Amendment No. 1 Attachment 2 - AFRC PWS 2-12-18 AFCS Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation and List of Attendees The following changes are made to Solicitation No. 80AFRC18R0001 via Amendment No. 1: 1) The Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation and List of Attendees are attached. 2) Proposal due date has been changed from February 15, 2018, 10:00 a.m. PT to February 22, 2018, 10:00 a.m. PT. 3) The following sections of the solicitation have been amended: a.
