- One time bid contract for procurement of direct mailers. Three different items with a total of approximately 2,150,000 forms. Mailing is required for approximately 2,000,000 forms using agency provided indicia. Forms print face and back. Trim size is 11 X 8-1/2" flat, folded to 3-2/3 X 8-1/2". Prints in four color process with bleeds. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, distribution and mailing. Quality Level II. Bid opening February 14, 2018.
