- End to End Engineering Draft PWS Sources Sought Annoucement The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise Engineering Directorate (EE) is seeking information for potential suources for the End to End Engineering and Operational Analysis Support Effort. The focus of this support effort is to improve the ability of DISA EE to reduce the frequency of surprise problems with fielding applications and to improve the ability to diagnosis issues experienced by the user community. This Sources Sought is issued to assist the agency in performing market research to determine if there are qualifed and capable businesses able to provide the required support.
