Description
Approved J&A The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center, located at 3901 Adams Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia, intends to award a sole source contract to Information Innovators, Inc., 4000 Legato Rd, Fairfax, VA 22033 for the DCMA enterprise wide infrastructure information systems that support worldwide Agency users. The requirement includes technical support; planning; deployment of improvements; DCMA-IT infrastructure lifecycle sustainment; cyber security implementation; Tier III support; continuity of operations/disaster recovery; system optimization; testing and integration activities; system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) formulation; change management; and performance monitoring. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a) Sole Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for the requirement identified above. Information received in response to such notice is normally considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
