Description

This Requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB) only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 intends to solicit quotes under Solicitation number 36C24418Q0196 to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for pest control services. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services and Product Service Code (PSC) S207 Housekeeping- Insect/Rodent Control. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0196. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about February 15, 2018. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov).
