- Draft SOW GLEN 13-1406 dated 8 November 2017 General Information:Sources Sought Notice Posted Date:8 February 2018 Response Date:22 February 2018 NAICS Code: 238220 - Boiler, Heating, Installation Tentative Set-Aside:100% Small Business Set-Aside Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Space Command, 50 CONS, 210 Falcon Parkway, Suite 2116, Schriever AFB, CO, 80912-5006, UNITED STATES Description The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB has a requirement to repair by replace four boilers at building 210 on Schriever AFB, CO. See Attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) dated 8 November 2017. If you have questions pertaining to the draft SOW, please submit those inquiries with your capability statement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 - Boiler, Heating, Installation. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1.Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2.Bonding limits of your firm. 3.Point of contact including name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4.Size status and/or SBA certification. 5.Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 6.
